This week I had the honor of being featured by the fine folks at CBS’ Baltimore affiliate for my work as a Maryland criminal defense attorney.
Most of us who serve as criminal defense attorneys operate outside of the spotlight, but once in a while it is nice to receive a little attention, and recognition, for all the hard work and passion that goes into the job of representing people whose rights and freedoms are at stake. It was also nice to see the media acknowledge that not everyone who runs afoul of the law is “inherently malicious and, therefore, irreparable.” This is the foundation of our legal system, and an ideal that I proudly uphold.
